PhilippinesI use this after my all clean balm and together they make a good pair for a double step cleansing. It's non drying and leaves your face clean and hydrated. At first I felt like it wasnt cleaning very well but realized that it was all the hydration it gives to my face. It smells like Cetaphil though which i didnt mind at all. It's foam but I'm tempted to think it's soap free because it's so mild.
