Dear Klairs is one of the first korean hydrating toners that I’ve tried. I was a bit scared and excited at the same to try this because my skin might react badly, but it did not! It is in fact gentle and good for sensitive skin. It has a thick consistency, but surprisingly very light on the skin. It sinks in the skin fast without any tacky feeling! It is hydrating, not irritating and it just makes my skin glow! However, this is not fragrance free. It has a very mild fresh scent that I actually like. I love this toner and will definitely continue to use this, along with my other 3 favorite toners. Hahaha what can i say, I'm a skin care addict!
PhilippinesDear Klairs toner is really essential to my skin. It helps a lot. I apply it twice. First with cotton and next is mixed with my favorite vit serum from jumiso.
This is my 3rd bottle, it softens as it cleans my face after cleansing. It removes extra dirt, not removed by facial cleanser. When you tried using this, and you switched to other toners, you will see the difference, that others will sting to your face, even organic products. It is generally friendly to sensitive skins.
I never not have this in my skincare routine. :) my skin feels plump, dewy and fresh in general after I use this toner. I already emptied around 20 bottles of this baby since I started using it. Hehe and im thankful to go bloom and glow because of the fast delivery.
